We took a trip to Lethbridge Subaru interested in replacing our 12 year old Van. Joe Kadezabek spent time with us weighing the pros and cons of a Forester VS. an Outback.Joe never uses any pressure tactics in fact none of the staff tried to up sale at all which we really appreciated. The information we received was very informative and I learned things I didn't know about the car I already owned! When choosing the colour of our vehicle Jarod Ford went to borrow his Mom's car to show us how the colour would look. In all very straight forward honest service and friendly approach. Joe even programmed our Bluetooth for us which we never would have figured out. The car we decided on was the Forester. We live in Calgary and the drive to Lethbridge is quite enjoyable with little traffic on the highway compared to the QE2. We rate our experience as 10/10. More

We loved the Forester and had our sights set on it when we found Subaru of Lethbridge, and specifically Jon Ford, online. From the first interaction it was a night and day experience compared to what we dealt with in Calgary. Jon worked with us (myself and my wife, as well as my mom who was looking for an XV) every step of the way and made sure that we were clear and well taken care of. He was great at working via phone and email since we were a couple hours away, and we were able to come together on a reasonable price pretty quickly. The overview and service on delivery of the vehicle was also top rate, and Jon has kept in touch since. I would highly recommend Jon and Subaru of Lethbridge to any and all, and would absolutely attest that it's well worth the trip from Calgary--better than what you'll get from either of the local dealerships. Buying it long distance was a bit nerve racking as we were concerned about the condition of the vehicle as we couldn't see it or drive it in person. Jon Ford was our sales rep. He made sure we had a lot of pictures of the vehicle and inspected it personally, a couple of times, to tell us the condition and confirm options. We bought the vehicle subject to viewing and Jon had the vehicle delivered to us in Edmonton. The gentlemen who brought it up were very pleasant and allowed us to look at the vehicle and drive it prior to us finalizing the deal. The car came in great condition, just as Jon, and the pictures, described it. We read the reviews of the Lethbridge Subaru dealers and felt it might be worth a trip to see what they had to offer. We phoned about what was available on the lot and were impressed with the information that was given and the person on the other end of the phone, Joe. From the moment we arrived on the lot until our transaction was complete, we were very pleased with the service we received. Joe was very helpful, knowledgeable about the product, and made every effort to ensure we were well looked after. We did not have a feeling of pressure to purchase a vehicle at all. The transaction ran smoothly and Joe was very thorough to check out that all details were in order. While I generally consider reviews with a grain of salt I was impressed with the high ratings customers had given Subaru of Lethbridge. As I don't live in the area I called first and enjoyed a couple of good conversations with Jon Ford. I appreciated that Jon listened to me. I sensed that he was more interested in matching me with the right product than in "selling" me something. As it turned out I became distracted by a quality pre-owned vehicle in inventory of a different brand, very suited to my long daily commute. On site, while Jon was engaged with other customers, my wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism of Joe Kadezabek who pitch-hitted for Jon until he could become available. He graciously accommodated a test drive in the vehicle of interest and helped us become familiar with all aspects of it. In this we sensed a co-operative spirit of team play among sales staff. We really appreciated that. We were dealt fairly by Jon during the negotiation process and believe our purchase price reflected good value. As it happened to be a very busy time for us we requested delivery which Jon accommodated personally. We certainly enjoyed dealing with Jon and getting to know him personally. He is a young man with a bright future. A gentleman and a scholar (literally).
