A great experience. I love my new Outback. We were originally look at the Crosstrek, but Johnny took the time to learn our need and made the suggestion to try an Outback. I love my new Outback. I appreciated Johnny's easy going manner and felt no pressure whatsoever. He spent an extended amount of time with us while we test drive the 3 different models as well as multiple model years. He answered all of our questions easily am walked us through all the features of our new car. It was a breath of fresh air when I stepped through the doors at Subaru of lethbridge. Jon Ford had all the information I needed and didn't try to pressure me into signing right away. Everyone at Subaru of Lethbridge were very friendly and made my first car purchase easy and fun. Amazing experience I cannot recommend Joe and Jared enough. Jared responded to my emails very fast, was very polite and answered all of my questions. I have never bought a new vehicle before and was expecting a completely different experience. From what people told me they would try to pressure me into things, have secret costs and that the salespeople were fake. But this was not the case. They helped put me at ease and I never felt pressured. Trust me, even if you have to drive a couple hours to come here, it is definitely worth it. I highly recommend them to everyone. More

Friendly and doesn't pressure you into buying! Walked into the dealership a few months ago with a specific car in mind and spoke to Jon about it. We took it out for a test drive and it was exactly what I was looking for, he wasn't trying to push the sale at all during the test drive and was just showing me the ins and outs of the car. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to afford it yet so Jon came up with a list of all the cars remaining in Canada fitting the specifications I was looking for, (model, standard, colour) and kept in touch with me over the next few months letting me know what was still available without pressuring me at all into buying one. As soon as I gave him the green light that I would indeed be purchasing he got the exact car I was looking for into the dealership. Has even contacted me after the sale to answer any final questions about the car I may have. More

This new purchase was my 3rd Forester, and our sixth Subaru. My husband was a salesman for Subaru in 1983, is an excellent mechanic, and does extremely thorough research when we are looking for a new vehicle. He researched the new models and shopped for a newer used vehicle for 6-9 months before we ended up at Subaru for Lethbridge. The salesman, Joe, made us an offer for a 2015 Forester with a trade-in offer on our 2006 Forester that reflected exactly what my husband felt was fair considering its condition. There were no surprises and no disappointments. We love our new vehicle and would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone considering buying a Subaru! More

When he was not able to answer a question he displayed both honesty and initiative by indicating he did not have the answer at that time but would quickly find the information I was looking for and inform me by the most efficient method, whether that be by electronic means or person-to-person. These characteristics, coupled with his friendly manner and quick sense-of-humour made my overall experience at Subaru of Lethbridge excellent. More
