Definitely worth the drive from Calgary; a great experience! Jon was welcoming, knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like I was interrupting his day. I was also able to take the vehicle for a couple of test drives, both with and without Jon, which was actually really helpful in giving me some time to focus on just the car without having to drive and absorb information. Most of all, I truly appreciate that Jon (and all of the guys I've met there) are living their philosophy of relationship-building; they DO care that the purchase is the right one. We have never owned or been to a Subaru dealership before. Our first impression of the Lethbridge Subaru Dealer was that everyone was very friendly and treated us with respect. Jon came right over to us and introduced himself and made us feel welcome. He introduced us to other employees and it seemed like this was a close knit family. Jon answered all of our questions. Most times we like to test drive vehicles by ourselves so we can discuss things freely, but we felt very comforable having Jon with us. We had our 5 month old puppy with us that day, the manager took her for a ride while he was appraising our vehicle and opened the window for her. Your receptionist wanted us to bring her in for a visit while we were discussing things with Jon. That made our day. We felt we were treated fairly and were never pressured in any way. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles throughout the years and were thoroughly impressed with Jon & Jared. Never once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable; as this usually does happen & throughout the years and were thoroughly impressed with Jon & Jared. This, on the other hand, was great -- we told Jared we appreciated his knowledge & his refreshing easy-going demeanor in dealing with us. He didn't "bash" the other car companies, instead, he explained the differences & allowed us to make our own decisions without pressure.
