Loman spent the better part of an entire afternoon and early evening with us, ever so patient, as we weighted and pros and cons of different models, colors, price, all those factors that are important when you are purchasing a new vehicle. We always felt that Loman was working for and with us on all of our decisions and negotiations. When we went to pick up our new vehicle, Loman was there to greet us, go over the finer details of our new vehicle and introduce us to some of the Subaru staff at the dealership. I recently brought my leased car into Subaru Calgary for regular maintenance and then a follow up visit for a few parts under warranty. Am I glad I met Ms Toor! With such a demanding job, she took the time to spend with me and didn't make me feel rushed or unwelcome. She was very helpful, hands-on and friendly. She took away my frustrations, anger and crappy service with Subaru Calgary which I have experienced in the past. Ms Toor demonstrated knowledge, patience and a positive attitude and I thank her. She cared and that is important to me. I hope she knows the value she demonstrates and this will not be forgotten. You are lucky to have her. Top notch I came in on a night where Loman was helping 2 other customers. Loman gets top marks Our new Outback was in for the 5000 km check and the Back-up camera/Radio had to be reset by the service dept. Unfortunately, I was unable to figure Our new Outback was in for the 5000 km check and the Back-up camera/Radio had to be reset by the service dept. Unfortunately, I was unable to figure out how to reset the hands-free phone option again. Even though Loman was not our original salesman, I really appreciated how he took time to listen to my concerns and actually came out to my car to help me re-set my phone to pair with the car's Blue-Tooth. Loman demonstrated that calm, reassuring and professional manner that customers appreciate. More

After purchasing a membership from Consumer Reports and reading their glowing reports on the Subaru Legacy and Forester, I knew my choice was narrowed down to a Subaru, and with Loman Edwards' (Product Specialist) help narrowed it down to the Legacy with Touring package and got a know haggle quote from Loman that I accepted. After meeting with other members of the stellar team the deal was sealed. I am a proud new owner of a Subaru Legacy and am happy to now be a member of their family of satisfied owners. More

Our new 2016 Outback I don't usually write reviews for anything but for this I really had to get the word out there! I recently bought a 2016 Outback for my wife for o I don't usually write reviews for anything but for this I really had to get the word out there! I recently bought a 2016 Outback for my wife for our anniversary. I wanted to surprise her so I was nervous I'd be selecting the wrong options or even the wrong colour. I reviewed their website ahead of time and was pleasantly surprised at how clear and concise it was. I was able to select a couple Subaru's I thought she might like and with that headed down to the dealership. I was able to show them the two vehicles I was interested in looking at and explained my situation. With the help of Drew Bell, he gathered the opinions of fellow female employees and it was decided on. He suggested that we keep it a secret from her until we picked up the vehicle. Well let me tell you, I don't know who was more surprised - my wife or myself, because when we got there Drew took us to where he hid the vehicle. He had a huge red bow on it and inside of the car a bottle champagne and a gift certificate for a near by beautiful restaurant. The experience far exceed my expectations!!! My wife and I can't stop talking about it, we tell everyone to buy their next car from them - a sheer pleasure to deal with! Oh and Drew - tell your staff that my wife absolutely loves her red outback! Back country camping here we come!! THANK-YOU DREW!! More
