After purchasing a membership from Consumer Reports and reading their glowing reports on the Subaru Legacy and Forester, I knew my choice was narrowed down to a Subaru, and with Loman Edwards' (Product Specialist) help narrowed it down to the Legacy with Touring package and got a know haggle quote from Loman that I accepted. After meeting with other members of the stellar team the deal was sealed. I am a proud new owner of a Subaru Legacy and am happy to now be a member of their family of satisfied owners. More

I recently bought a 2016 Outback for my wife for o I don't usually write reviews for anything but for this I really had to get the word out there! I recently bought a 2016 Outback for my wife for our anniversary. I wanted to surprise her so I was nervous I'd be selecting the wrong options or even the wrong colour. I reviewed their website ahead of time and was pleasantly surprised at how clear and concise it was. I was able to select a couple Subaru's I thought she might like and with that headed down to the dealership. I was able to show them the two vehicles I was interested in looking at and explained my situation. With the help of Drew Bell, he gathered the opinions of fellow female employees and it was decided on. He suggested that we keep it a secret from her until we picked up the vehicle. Well let me tell you, I don't know who was more surprised - my wife or myself, because when we got there Drew took us to where he hid the vehicle. He had a huge red bow on it and inside of the car a bottle champagne and a gift certificate for a near by beautiful restaurant. The experience far exceed my expectations!!! My wife and I can't stop talking about it, we tell everyone to buy their next car from them - a sheer pleasure to deal with! Oh and Drew - tell your staff that my wife absolutely loves her red outback! Back country camping here we come!! THANK-YOU DREW!! More

My first stick-shift, so I was a bit nervous buying brand new, but Shane was great in answering all my questions and was flexible in getting me a good deal with the extras i wanted. Even threw in a couple things I forgot to ask about. His technical knowledge of the WRX and motorsport background/training makes him the go-to guy for a WRX as far as I'm concerned. Thanks Shane. Dealt with BK and Ryan in finance, although I started the paperwork with BK, and he had left for another position by the time I took delivery of the vehicle with Ryan. No issues with either, just a bit of a surprise. More

Aggressive-style doesn't work with my personality and Nathan recognized that very shortly after we met at the Auto show. Nathan answered all my questions and was very prompt with communication (email/phone). Negotiation started on Mar. 28 and concluded on Mar. 29 - much faster than I anticipated. At first we couldn't agree on final price/package, but it was close and after one last try, which required Nathan to go back to work after going home, the deal was done. Nathan and Ken Woo worked out the final details to my complete satisfaction. Nathan truly understands customer service excellence and even picked me up from my home so I can pick up my new Subbie on Mar. 31. More
Service contact person was excellent I would like to commend the work of Jennie Estabrooks. While others in the sales office have not been particularly helpful, this person is "spot on". I would like to commend the work of Jennie Estabrooks. While others in the sales office have not been particularly helpful, this person is "spot on". she knows how to answer a phone, how to follow up with a question posed by a customer and keeps in touch with the customer. Depends on the staff Our salesperson was Cain Chan, who we greatly enjoyed dealing with. He was friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. We also enjoyed dealing with Ken Woo, Cain's manager. The only reason we can't give this experience five stars was our dealing with a different manager after we had reached a deal, handed over our trade-in and taken possession of our Subaru. We had to bring the Subaru back for a dent repair that was promised by Cain and his manager Ken. The used car manager did his best to back out of doing the repair, effectively saying that either we were not being truthful about the deal (it was in the bill of sale) or Cain had promised something that he had no authority to promise (Cain had consulted with Ken about the repair before the deal was completed). This really left a bad taste in our mouths, but Cain and Ken made it right the next day, the dent was repaired more than satisfactorily. More
For me it's about the service! My sales representative was Cain Chan. I had spoken to him before and throughout the whole process, it was a feeling that he wanted me to be happy, n My sales representative was Cain Chan. I had spoken to him before and throughout the whole process, it was a feeling that he wanted me to be happy, not about the bottom dollar like a lot of sales people tend to be. I told him I wanted service and a good deal. He went above and beyond what service is. I told him my numbers thinking, "there's no way he can make this happen." He not only made it happen but when I left, I felt that I ended up with the better deal. He listens to what you have to say and works on making what you wish for to come true. My previous car was an Infiniti G37x (2012). I couldn't find any cars that were comparable to what I enjoyed most in my car, he didn't sell me on the WRX, he let me drive it as I would my car (not babied like most other sales people wanted me to drive. I knew after the drive, that this (WRX) was my car but he never pressured me to make an offer, just listened to what I had to say and worked on making it happen. I've bought about 17 cars in my life and I think I've found my sales person for life. I will definitely be a repeat customer (after all, my lease is up in 4 yrs) and I will be searching for Cain to sell me my next car. Thanks Cain! More
