Ken the new car sales manager was really easy to deal with and again very upfront in how much he can reduce the price. After doing my homework, I knew they gave me the best price. Loman gets top marks Our new Outback was in for the 5000 km check and the Back-up camera/Radio had to be reset by the service dept. Even though Loman was not our original salesman, I really appreciated how he took time to listen to my concerns and actually came out to my car to help me re-set my phone to pair with the car's Blue-Tooth.
