After a bad experience importing and some complications with a faulty inspection my fiancé and i were left without a car and stranded in Calgary(we li After a bad experience importing and some complications with a faulty inspection my fiancé and i were left without a car and stranded in Calgary(we live in lethbridge). Subaru has always been one of favourite car companies after owning a 2002 and falling in love with it so we stepped into Subaru calgary. We were taken care of immediately and found a car around our price range, only issue was that it still needed to go through an inspection and we still needed to get home. Luckily DereK(the GM) was kind enough to offer us a temporary vehicle(a brand new cross trek!) and said that once the inspection was completed on monday they would have someone drive it up to us and swap us for the loaner! Talk about service! unfortunately the vehicle a had a few issues within the first 5000km(oil related) and we had to take it in for servicing. when i called Derek he quickly made us an appointment for the only time we could drive the car down and were there the following day. Multiple staff greeted us when we arrived(not unlike the first time we came in) and we started to chat with Ivan and Derek. While our car was being looked at i was interested in a few other options and Ivan promptly found us the vehicle we were looking for. Derek took all steps necessary to swap out our existing vehicle so we could drive away that evening! while in the mean time we were given a subaru dog leash for our dog and small talked with friendly staff. we were truly taken care of and i would recommend Subaru Calgary for your next vehicle! More

After discussing the features that I wanted in a new vehicle, Vijay showed the Forester. We took it for a test drive and I was sold! The whole experience at the dealership was positive. Vijay is very thorough in explaining all the features of my new Forester and was great at matching my needs to the right vehicle. Ryan Romano in Finance was very helpful in switching the registration and insurance to the Forester and it was great to meet the Sales Manager, Ken Woo. Vijay has contacted me since the sale to see if I had any questions. I am impressed with this dealership and I love my new Forester. Thanks Vijay! More
WHAT HAPPENED ... IT'S ACTUALLY NICE TO GO IN NOW!!!! I went in with a friend today - she was thinking of purchasing a new 2017 Outback. I was initially reluctant to take her there, as previously, I foun I went in with a friend today - she was thinking of purchasing a new 2017 Outback. I was initially reluctant to take her there, as previously, I found some of the Sales Managers there Pompous and Ignorant. I purchased both a 2012 and 2015 Outback there...and said I was never going back!!! Glad I gave it a second chance. We dealt with Travis Westin and Derrick (Sales Manager) mainly - an less so with Richard - the Assistant Manager. All three were attentive, paid attention to my friend's needs, and were respectful of the process!!! I was very tempted to upgrade my 2015 to a 2017 ... but trade-ins kinda suck! A pleasant place to spend 3.5 hours today. Thanks Travis, Derrick and Richard for making the experience great for my friend. She is one happy future Outback owner and is excited to pick her car up next week! I will definitely be back for an upgrade :-) ... the numbers just have to work!!!! And my own experience with Kevan in service - always great!!!! Thanks Kevan!!!! Thanks Subaru Calgary. It's much nicer coming into your place now!!! More

Not once did we feel under pressure to purchase a car and he sincerely took the time to really understand what our needs were and went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied. I wanted a safe car that I felt comfortable driving in and that is exactly what I got. Daniel has since followed up with us to make sure that we are satisfied with the results and I can honestly say we are. We purchased a used vehicle and when we went to pick it up Daniel made sure it had been beautifully detailed and felt brand new. The dealership in general has an excellent atmosphere with knowledgeable consultants who are truly passionate about the cars they are selling. One highly respected customer service experience we got was to meet the Sales Manager, Ken, who takes the time to introduce himself to the clients and make sure they are satisfied - which isn't a service you get at many places. They definitely made us feel welcomed into their "Subaru Family". Thank you Daniel, Giovanni (another great Product Specialist who provided us with tons of information, as he owns a Subaru too!), Ken, and the staff at Subaru Calgary for taking care of us. More
Great Car-buying Experience We came in right after a bad sales experience at the other Subaru dealer in town, so meeting Loman at Subaru Calgary was like a breath of fresh air. H We came in right after a bad sales experience at the other Subaru dealer in town, so meeting Loman at Subaru Calgary was like a breath of fresh air. His breadth of knowledge about the Crosstrek was outstanding and we never felt that we were being given a sales pitch. We were told that he wanted to make sure that we got exactly the vehicle we wanted for a price that we were comfortable with and that he would do his best on our behalf to make it happen -and he did. When we came back to pick up our new Crosstrek a few days later we have never had a salesman spend as much time as Loman did giving us an orientation of the car and even synching our cell phone. Very impressive! A most positive car buying experience. More
Jennie makes it really easy to deal with service I recently spent about $2500 at the Subaru Calgary service center due to some clutch and radiator issues on my older Subaru and was treated extremely I recently spent about $2500 at the Subaru Calgary service center due to some clutch and radiator issues on my older Subaru and was treated extremely well by Jennie and some of the other team members at Subaru. Even though my vehicle is over 10 years old I was treated well, got the full shuttle experience, as well as detailed information about the repair. She even took the time to take some pictures of the underside of my vehicle for me, and didn't push when there were certain items I didn't feel needed replacing, but helped me to see the importance of certain other things. I would recommend dealing with Jennie (and Raj was helpful too) at Subaru. It's an incredible brand and it's nice to have some quality people helping those of us that own the cars! More
