Renewal of my lease Loman and Trina were the employees I dealt with. My 2014 Forester lease came to an end and Loman helped me through the renewal process and the offer was great. I got the new 2017 Forester for basically the same lease price. I was able to choose one of the new Forester they had in stock and I got my new car today, 2 days after I talked to Loman! No complaints and I have had only good experience over the last years with them also including appointments for inspection, repairs etc. More

Worst dealership I have dealt with It all began with the purchase of my car, I specifically asked numerous times if the new wrx sti's would be coming out next year and the agent ensured It all began with the purchase of my car, I specifically asked numerous times if the new wrx sti's would be coming out next year and the agent ensured me they wouldn't be. To my surprise, they did. Throughout the negotiations we finally met on price and future discounts, one of which was free oil changes for life. This turned out to be a disaster. Every time I bring my car in, it is an ordeal and the customer service has been crap. I am not sure if it is because they make no money off of me for the oil changes or it's just the normal service quality. One specific time while under warranty I had them check out my wipers as they were not turning when required and thought it was an electrical problem. Upon picking up my car they tried to charge my $130 for this repair. I asked what was wrong and they indicated they had to tighten.a screw. The sales person would not budge on the price until I was basically walking out on the door without payment, and then the asked the shop if it actually took an hour. It took 15 minute supposedly and I ended up paying $30. This was just one of the numerous bad experiences I have had with this dealership and I highly caution people about dealing with them from now on. More

They thoroughly explained to me all the different models and ensured I understood all aspects before making any decisions. They had excellent customer service and put their customers first. That said, you can tell there are some control issues with changeover in management when going through the process that may slow it down; however, this did not impact my decision to purchase a car. Loman LISTENS! Loman was a great sales person to work with. He listened attentively and never got impatient with us (my wife and I). I wouldn't exactly say I am the easiest customer to please, but--to make a long story short-- I walked out of there feeling like Loman had worked on my behalf. I got what I wanted, at the price I was prepared to pay. He returned calls and emails promptly, which has DEFINITELY not been my overall experience with dealerships/sales staff in Calgary. So kudos to him for that! I would wholeheartedly recommend Loman as your next Subbie sales person. More
Phenomenal experience We arrived at Subaru with the intention of looking at a vehicle, and consequently had our kids with us. Giovanni saw the needs we had, and almost immediately found a vehicle that met every single need. His no pressure approach, his tolerance of having our kids constantly interrupting him speaking with us and his understanding of what we needed made this visit pleasant. We came 'just to look' and walked away with a smoking' good deal on a superb car thanks to Giovanni! All of the staff we had anything to do with in the entire dealership were professional and courteous. Thanks again Gio! More

Loman Edwards was excellent! I showed up to buy a new car with limited time and a quote in hand. There was an error in my favour on the quote and the dealership honoured the price I showed up to buy a new car with limited time and a quote in hand. Couldn't have been better! My experience with Subaru Calgary has been top notch. Being a car guy, I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. I met Henry Yu, and we quickly began My experience with Subaru Calgary has been top notch. Being a car guy, I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. I met Henry Yu, and we quickly began to chat. He knew I was car guy, and avoided lecturing me on aspects of the car I already knew about; something other dealers did not do. He was very personable, kind, and extremely accommodating. When they didn't have the model I wanted to test drive, Henry was kind enough to let me drive his own vehicle, as it was the same model I was looking into. The next weekend, I came back and purchased the car from him. During the process of delivery prep, one of the detailers damaged the car. Henry once again went above beyond! He rounded up some colleagues, and switched me into another car that was an identical model so I could pick it up on the day we had originally planned. He did all of this while maintaining communication with me about the status of the car, and keeping me in the loop. The finance manager, Myles Nordlund also did a stellar job. He is an easy going, kind and respectful man who knows his stuff. He also helped with switch me into the car to ensure I could pick it up on the day that I'd plan too. The work both Henry and Myles did to get me into my dream car is very appreciated, and will not be forgotten. I will be recommending friends and family to this dealership, and more specifically to Henry and Myles. Genuinely great guys! More
