He was also extremely helpful in getting me out of my previous vehicle and into a payment that worked on the accent, I couldn't be more happy with the level of professionalism and customer service I received. I would not recommend this dealthership to anyone! I would not recommend anyone go here to buy a vehicle. The finance manager pretended he could not get me a better interest rate until I said that I I would not recommend anyone go here to buy a vehicle. The finance manager pretended he could not get me a better interest rate until I said that I know longer wanted to buy the vehicle from them. Further, they told me that my vehicle had no more warranty on it which is why I purchased the extended warranty through them. After I called the dealership to ensure there was in fact no warranty left on the vehicle they informed that there was in fact a warranty left on the vehicle. After speaking with the manager and him advising me they would remove the warranty, I still got grief from the finance manager who said they would be unable to remove it. After some arguing he finally took off the warranty. I have now attempted to contact this dealership several times to find out if my vehicle came with a spare key and no one has been able to tell me anything. Brutal customer service and brutal sales tactics used. More

Generally, this would be an easy sale replace one Subaru with another. But its been about 8 years since we have been to the dealer and the shop and the customer service has definitely gone down hill. We were about to test drive a Forester, but when you get that feeling that nothing is quite right with the dealership or the sales man. Before the test drive we indicated that before we take up his time and ours - my mother was happier with the Infiniti QX 50 (but it really was as much about the customer service and presentation of dealership as well). Once we said that he simply walked off from the lot back to the office, didn't even have the courtesy to wish us well or thank us for dropping in. Nathan, also a tip of advice, speak up please and slow down your speech, we had no idea what you were saying when you did talk to us. On another note. Man I use to be a huge Subie fan since the mid 90s, but these vehicle have not changed much and the competition has surpassed their product line, which is really to bad. More

With only two Subaru dealers in the city, and a past track record of service incompetence with Centaur, we decided to give Subaru Calgary a shot when purchasing our newest vehicle. Needless to say, we have not been impressed, will not be taking our vehicle there for service, and will be telling everyone we can to avoid them. The sales rep we dealt with constantly lied (told us features were included which weren't even on the model), weaseled around on details between trim levels (semantics between the Limited trim and the Limited Tech Package trim), and on multiple occasions bait-and-switched vehicles. If my wife hadn't been set on a particular vehicle, trim, and colour, we would have purchased a different brand entirely. From the get go, every transaction with them has been an enormous hassle. We've had to phone them multiple times, even on the same day, to get something as basic as a call back with the VIN number to arrange insurance. This was the day before vehicle pickup, and still without a copy of even the incomplete bill of sale. Accessories that were included as part of the deal weren't even ordered until 4 weeks after the vehicle was picked up. They lost the second key, then found it again, called to say we could pick it up, and then lost it again before we arrived. Even then, after asking how they could make it up to us, saying they would deliver the keys and accessories to us on the other side of the city, we have not heard from them again for over 3 weeks. Follow up phone calls have not happened from staff members that said they would call back in 10 minutes, and messages for a callback have never been followed up. To top it all off, besides still not having a finished transaction, the key we do have was delivered with the laminated paper service tag and not a nice keyring (it's $5 at most, come on), and the 3 month trial of XM/Sirius included with the vehicle stopped after 5 weeks, likely because they neglected to inform XM about the purchase date. If I could give a zero or negative stars, I would. For service, use an independent Subaru licensed mechanic, and for all purposes, go to a dealer in another city. I'll be opening a case with BBB as well, these are very shady and inappropriate business practices. More
