They answered all my questions, got me what I wanted and made it so simple. The dealership overall atmosphere was awesome, everyone was very friendly and I didn't feel pressured or nervous at all. I highly recommend seeing Giovanni for all your new vehicle needs! He also drives a few Subaru's of his own, which makes his knowledge for Subaru really good. Very happy! More

I got the run around from the staff and had to go up the food chain in an attempt to get my issues addressed. Ultimately, Subaru Calgary's Vice President was able to negotiate an accommodation. I want to thank Mike for his patience in dealing with a unhappy customer, and ultimately for being able to put himself in my shoes. More

He was by far the most knowledgeable car sales guy I've dealt with in recent memory and was able to answer any questions I could come with regarding a variety of uses vehicles He seemed very knowledgable of all brands even though this was a Subaru store. He was also extremely helpful in getting me out of my previous vehicle and into a payment that worked on the accent, I couldn't be more happy with the level of professionalism and customer service I received. Would recommend Justin to anyone and will be sending all my friends and family, thanks again! More

I would not recommend this dealthership to anyone! I would not recommend anyone go here to buy a vehicle. The finance manager pretended he could not get me a better interest rate until I said that I I would not recommend anyone go here to buy a vehicle. The finance manager pretended he could not get me a better interest rate until I said that I know longer wanted to buy the vehicle from them. Further, they told me that my vehicle had no more warranty on it which is why I purchased the extended warranty through them. After I called the dealership to ensure there was in fact no warranty left on the vehicle they informed that there was in fact a warranty left on the vehicle. After speaking with the manager and him advising me they would remove the warranty, I still got grief from the finance manager who said they would be unable to remove it. After some arguing he finally took off the warranty. I have now attempted to contact this dealership several times to find out if my vehicle came with a spare key and no one has been able to tell me anything. Brutal customer service and brutal sales tactics used. More

I got it back from them after them not being able to fix it and all the pieces were not reconnected. Terrible! There's a different Subaru dealer in Calgary... go there. More

Generally, this would be an easy sale replace one Subaru with another. But its been about 8 years since we have been to the dealer and the shop and the customer service has definitely gone down hill. We were about to test drive a Forester, but when you get that feeling that nothing is quite right with the dealership or the sales man. Before the test drive we indicated that before we take up his time and ours - my mother was happier with the Infiniti QX 50 (but it really was as much about the customer service and presentation of dealership as well). Once we said that he simply walked off from the lot back to the office, didn't even have the courtesy to wish us well or thank us for dropping in. Nathan, also a tip of advice, speak up please and slow down your speech, we had no idea what you were saying when you did talk to us. On another note. Man I use to be a huge Subie fan since the mid 90s, but these vehicle have not changed much and the competition has surpassed their product line, which is really to bad. More
