Our first visit to the dealership was just to get some initial info for comparison with other brands. But even then I was worried we might get into a pressure sale environment. However, this was not the case at all. Henry was very helpful and respectful from day 1. He patiently responded to all our questions and requests,with a view to satisfying our product and pricing concerns. In the end, we got the product that we wanted and completed the deal feeling satisfied! More
