Not Trustworthy, Unprofessional Group Think My experience was less than favorable. I went to Strickland Toyota because I was contacted a car I had inquired about had arrived. The car was aggre My experience was less than favorable. I went to Strickland Toyota because I was contacted a car I had inquired about had arrived. The car was aggressively priced making it a good value for the vehicle's history (not a clean history). When I got to the dealership, I spoke with the same individual who had informed my partner it arrived. First, the dealership said that it had not arrived.. once I expressed my disappointment for making the trip out to the dealership, I was walked directly to where the car was sitting on the lot. Naturally, I wanted to see inside the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I was informed there was no key available and I would have to come back because the manager took the key home. Whether or not the manager actually took the key home by accident was questionable, and I did question it because of the fact that I was also told the vehicle had not arrived, which it had. Before leaving, I wanted to get contact information for the manager to discuss directly. As I was in the office, I was called into a closed door meeting room where I was accosted. Directly I was asked if I thought that I was lied to intentionally, which I agreed that I was. Michael Lawless immediately decided to eject me from the business. Of course, I headed for the door but not without Michael following me to the door with some discussion taking place. As I stood outside in the rain, Michael continued with his unprofessional approach... I departure from the used car portion of the business into the main office. My goal was to get the manager to discuss what had happened, or at least their contact information if I wanted to follow-up. I talked with the reception to see if they could provide me a contact card I could take with me. While they were looking for a card, Michael came in "guns-a-blazing". Michael Lawless claimed he was the manager in-charge and I was to leave the property. I asked him to calm down, then I left post-haste. To summarize, my disappointment is overwhelming... My expectations were totally squashed in a negative way. No business should ever treat someone with such little dignity and respect. Strickland should be ashamed. One more point is that the confrontation which took place was one sided as the dealership was the aggressor. Other employees should not tolerate their co-workers tarnishing the name of Toyota or Strickland. Live well, be strong and carry on... More

Amazing Jeff did a amazing job. When we first got their we walked around the parking lot looking at SUV. Found one we liked. Jeff went and got keys for us, to Jeff did a amazing job. Fake "guest" service The whole time we were dealing with them they were kind;however as soon as the deal was signed that's where it ended. There were Aldo a couple mechanical problems off the bat. Unfortunately about 3 weekshelve aftwr purchasing Nguyen the van I was in an accident and wrote off the vehicle. Only issue was some agreed upon minor nicks and scratch touch ups that the service dept did not complete before delivery.
