Every dealership represents interest of KIA, I still wonder why an engine recall can be turned down on warranty/mileage basis when it obviously has to do with safety. It's generally known that kia engine recall is regardless of warranty nor mileage and thats a standard for any recall cos its kias fault. Don't think they care about any customer but their pocket! I never usually write reviews but I can’t help gush about how helpful Mike Molyneux was to me. I went in looking for a vehicle and trying to trade mine in. Went home to make the decision but Mike’s friend/c how helpful Mike Molyneux was to me. I went in looking for a vehicle and trying to trade mine in. Went home to make the decision but Mike’s friend/car dealer called me through house of cars offering me $500 extra CASH on my trade-in, so I ended up going there to purchase my new Kia.Thats called putting customer first.
