Had a truly amazing experience with Straightline Kia specifically Anjello and Darren. After my vehicle was stolen I was out test driving used vehicles and had the wonderful experience of getting assi specifically Anjello and Darren. Anjello was kind, professional and had a great sense of humour throughout my entire experience providing my son and I an amazing experience. Due to my situation being complex with waiting for a write off confirmation the team was amazing at giving me the time to get the insurance figured out well still allowing me the comfort of knowing once written off the vehicle was waiting for me ready to go. Once ready to make the purchase official Darren was amazing with his fast responses and answers to all my questions making the finance part an absolute dream. Danny was extremely helpful in guiding us to a purchase a car that suited our needs and price range. Lexi the finance manager was personable and thorough. However, we found was pressure to upsale us on exte car that suited our needs and price range. Lexi the finance manager was personable and thorough. We were not satisfied with the poor condition of the bike rack and the explanation from the parts department and how they dismissed our concerns. Eventually, there was an offer to order a new one. That being said we are happy with the car but feel the parts department needs to be more service oriented and honest. More
