Nathan was also good and maybe a bit preoccupied ( he seemed very busy) and we needed to get some corrections in the names of the registered owners and it took two trips to the registry office and it still was not handled correctly We wanted the ownership to be in joint names with Gayden (my wife) named firstly as the principal driver, followed by myself (James) as the joint owner to coincide with our insurance declaration and to differentiate the two Kia’s that we now own. I heard the phone conversation with Kia’s Registry person specifically indicating we needed firstly to register her old car as joint ownership so she could transfer her old license plate to the new car in joint ownership, but upon receipt of the new vehicle registration, it appears that it was registered in Gayden’s name only. We were running out of time and did not want to wait around any longer Unless something can be done about that, it we will have to straighten that out ourselves at a Registry office More

Only a couple little things that we should have checked a little more. One thing we had brought up while we were looking at the van was that there were several chips and scratches, and wanted to make sure they would be touched up. we were told that those would all be taken care of, unfortunately only the chips we pointed out were more or less. Truely not a big deal as we bought 2 touch up pens and were going to get at least one anyway. More
