Overall the experience at Straightline Kia was decent. Danny is very friendly and nice. Danny worked efficiently to find a 2023 vehicle after it was discussed and was able to deliver results on this. An opportunity of growth for Danny would be to be complete transparency. During our first consultation I was under the impression I was signing on a 2023 from what was said. After signing the deposit it was disclosed I would likely get a 2024 based off stock and the rate/price would increase. I wish that this was disclosed upfront to mitigate misunderstanding and disappointment. I am happy Danny was able to come through and could take home my new vehicle. Darren was very helpful on the finance side, prompt responses and walked me through everything efficiently. More

The sales people were ok. My salesman made promises that did not materialize. The detailing of the vehicle was never done from what i could see. Be certain you deal with a seasoned sales person and Varify all agreements in writing. I am ok with the deal at the end of all, but foolishness along the way certainly could have been avoided. More
