Ben was excellent to deal with for our 2024 Telluride purchase. The transaction was easy, he spent the time during the test drive and delivery to go through the many, many features - which can be a littl purchase. The transaction was easy, he spent the time during the test drive and delivery to go through the many, many features - which can be a little overwhelming, but he did a great job breaking things down for us and making the process easy. I think my family and I met virtually the entire team of Cody, Cesar, Rick, Cat, Darren and many more. All great people, down to earth - they really looked after us and were all a pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to getting the Telluride loaded up and out on some road trips. More

Danny and Cesar are great people! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. In July, I took a Seltos for a test drive, liked it, bought one. They made the process smooth. The Parts They are very helpful and knowledgeable. In July, I took a Seltos for a test drive, liked it, bought one. They made the process smooth. The Parts people are very helpful as I bought a full sized spare tire and threw out the useless donut tire. The General Manager greeted me when I bought the car, which impressed me. The others are very polite and courteous and addressed me professionally. These days it is rare to see people in a company following good social manners which Straightline Kia people do daily. The only thing I'd like a change is the test drive process. Just throw me the keys and tell me they'd call the cops when I'm not back in forty minutes! I remember that when I bought my first new car, so long ago, a place far far away. In the Parts Department I have my eyes on a set of nice rims for winter tires!
