This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, and unfortunately, I'm left feeling disappointed and questioning the transparency of the process. One of the main reasons I chose the vehicle was that it was priced noticeably lower than comparable vehicles on the market, which I had been monitoring for nearly a year. During the test drive, I was diligent about asking questions and assessing the vehicle's condition. However, it became abundantly clear a couple of weeks after purchase, once the overwhelming air fresheners and perfume scent dissipated, that the previous owner had been a smoker. This was never disclosed to me. When I questioned why the vehicle was priced lower than other comparable vehicles, I was simply told, "because that's what it's priced at." After deciding to move forward with the purchase, I was informed there was an additional "mandatory" cost associated with the deal. It wasn't until I returned a few days later to pick up the vehicle that I learned this cost wasn't actually mandatory. The finance representative was unclear about my options and presented several costly add-ons as though they were part of a required package. When I prepared to leave the dealership to review the numbers on my own, alternative options suddenly became available, including a lower financing rate and the ability to purchase only the warranty without the other products I had been led to believe were necessary. While I ultimately purchased the vehicle, the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The lack of transparency regarding both the vehicle's history and the financing process made it difficult to feel confident that I was being dealt with honestly. As a first-time dealership customer, I expected clear communication and straightforward answers. Instead, I'm left wondering what else may not have been disclosed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Straightline Kia. More

The process of buying the car was better than anywhere else I tried but that mostly because no other sales person seemed to be interested in selling me a car. There ended up being an unequal amount of com else I tried but that mostly because no other sales person seemed to be interested in selling me a car.
