BUYER BEWARE Purchased a new Ram 3500 and they didn't have the window sticker in the window, so I took their word for it and believed the "MSRP" that they quoted m Purchased a new Ram 3500 and they didn't have the window sticker in the window, so I took their word for it and believed the "MSRP" that they quoted me when I purchased the truck. Which ended up being almost $2000 above what the ACTUAL window sticker was for the truck so this led me to believe I was getting a better deal than I was. I brought this up to Adam and he covered $400 of my paint protection. Then, when I brought the truck home I noticed there was a dent in the roof and brought it to the attention of my salesman. When I got back from work 2 weeks later the salesman I was dealing with was no longer there and I brought it to Adams attention. They took pics and never heard about it again. I contacted Adam about it a few more times over a 6 month period and he eventually stopped answering my messages. So long story short misquoted me on the MSRP and wouldn't provide a window sticker and they wouldn't get the dent pulled on my new truck. More

I went to this dealership because I live in Stony Plain and have purchased vehicles here before. I found a vehicle I liked. I was taken into the finance office and because it was a Saturday and late in the evening there was no time to contact the bank for financial check. They explained it wouldn't be until Monday before they would here back from the bank. They advised me to hold the vehicle they required a $500.00 deposite. I complied and left. The next day I went to look at the dealership in Spruce Grove who also sold Jeeps and Chryler products. I found the vehicle I wanted at a cheaper price. I ended up buying that day. Also late in the day but somehow they managed to get ahold of the bank,...NO Deposite required. I contacted Stony Chrysler and explained the above and asked for my deposite back. They refused. Lease Please be informed as consumers. Ensure everything. I can't get my deposite back but I can share my story here and on other social media platforms. I have and will continue to spread the word with my friends and family, I will never deal at Stony Plain Charleroi again personally. My goal is to inform further consumers about this dealerships policies. More

I had an offer on a truck at Great West decent deal on a 2017 so as you should I went to Stony PLAIN to see if they could beat the deal. They found me a truck at a decent price and I left a deposit. My salesperson Adam outright told me my deposit was 100% refundable! (Which was a lie) so I told Great West about my deal with stony and they beat it. Also I had my heart at great west cause my salesmen was very nice. WHEN I GO BACK THEY MY SALESMEN ADAM at stony and said look sorry man I got a better deal I need my deposit back. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE MY MY DEPOSIT! SAID I ALREADY MADE A DEAL ON THE TRUCK. So after salesmen bouncing me around they said only the GM could refund me. I get a call from not even the GM again saying no! They are holding my money and I won't stand for it. Make sure they do not get away with this with one of your loved ones. Be a smart buyer ! More

People in the parts department provide poor to no service I have been to this dealership 3 times to purchase parts. Each time I have been there the parts person has been bs'ing with coworkers. Last time I was there the woman at the counter told me I couldn't get a regular transponder key instead of the bulky one that came with it. Went down the road and got one at another dealership. Pretty sad that she can't find parts for the brand they sell Today I went there to get a fan belt and when I got up to the counter the two parts people and two customers were looking at the new calenders. I stood there for a few minutes but neither of the parts people could take the time to see if they could help me. That will be the last time I set foot in that dealership More

The sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and we give particular credit to Jesse Denham, our Sales Manager, who took the time to meet with us early in the process to discuss our needs, and offered his experience to ensure we were purchasing the "right" vehicle for pulling our travel trailer. By the time we agreed on the final price, we knew we were at the right place to make the purchase. More managers should take this advice,....go out and talk too your customers ! The final sale process proceded quickly, with top marks going to the competent finance team. Our pick up day was enjoyable, with Derek taking us through the vehicle orientation. We wanted to shop locally, away from the hassle of dealing in the city, and the team we dealt with, demonstrated that they can do it better than the big guns. More

My wait time for my ordered Jeep was shorter than expected which thrilled me. My overall experience with the dealership was a fabulous one not to mention the excitement of driving a Wrangler.
