Amazing customer service So I took my truck to a different dealership. After I picked my truck up, I realized my back up cam wasn't working. So other dealership was rude and b So I took my truck to a different dealership. After I picked my truck up, I realized my back up cam wasn't working. So other dealership was rude and basically told me it wasn't their fault. I took my truck to stony plain. They fixed the problem that the other dealership caused. They didn't even charge me for it. I highly recommend stony plain dodge. Best dealership I've ever been to by far. All the staff is amazing and will bend over backwards to help when they can. More

They were so quick and efficient. Also I'd love to add they treated our toddlers as their own and actually tended to them with balloons etc first before we sat down with them. I would never hesitate to recommend them they've blown our expectations out of the water after precious experiences with other dealerships. More

Lies over the phone to reel you in. I bought my truck ~3.5 years ago from here and at the time the salesman was an awesome, no-BS straight to the point kind of guy. I got a cold-call fro I bought my truck ~3.5 years ago from here and at the time the salesman was an awesome, no-BS straight to the point kind of guy. I got a cold-call from one of their new 2 month old salesmen who said he can put me into a new truck for around the same amount I'm paying now, and 0% interest. With my past experience with SPC I came in the same night! It wasn't long before I had numbers that were $400 more per month than I'm paying right now only if I drop $4000 cash as well, for what was pretty much the same truck I bought 3 years, and for a $28,000 steeper price tag! A leveling kit, different tires, and a fancy paint job aren't worth $28,000. The only way they could give me the deal mentioned on the phone is by giving me half the truck I own now (ST model). I don't know what happened here, but SPC lost their edge and definitely lost my business in the future. More

We knew we had to buy a car, since our previous vehicle was dead. There was no pressure from the salesmen to buy a more expensive car, there were no 'up sales' tactics. We did end up spending a little more than we had planned, but that happens every time we buy a car. Overall our experience was fantastic. We were even able to speak with some of the service men (mechanics) about our vehicle, and what we can expect from it. They even recommended the one we bought, and gave a couple of reasons (based on our needs) why to NOT buy a couple of the other vehicles we were looking at. More
