Tyler doesn't use pressure tactics when selling, which made my purchase feel more comfortable as we moved at my pace. He didn't contact me every day to ask about what was going on and whether or not I was buying the vehicle, he gave me time to think about it on my own. I came in 3 seperate times to look at the same truck and every single time he was cheerful and patient with the fact that I was once again just looking that day, not purchasing. He's very smart and you can tell he loves what he does. He's a genuine and honest person, and he fully explained everything to me which was extremely helpful as it was my first time buying a new vehicle.
