Armando answered most of my questions right away and was honest enough to tell me if he didnt know, but would find the answer for me very quickly.Did i plan to purchase a vehicle at Southbank ??...No My last experience told me not to go back again..(any time soon),but Armando and Finance Manager Sharon Reid with there quality service and attention to detail (Thank you Sharon for saving me $900.00) changed my opinion. If this is the new management Team at Southbank... I like this direction quite a bit...keep it up. Need a used vehicle without any pressure or B/S ?? look for Armando at Southbank....need a truck that can take you to Syracuse N.Y and back in just over a 1/4 tank of diesel (28.4 miles to the gallon) Buy a Ram Eco Diesel.
