Was helped before i walked inside and walked away happy When I arrived at south bank I knew what i wanted. When I parked my car and walked to the building i was greeted by Andreas, he helped us out that day When I arrived at south bank I knew what i wanted. When I parked my car and walked to the building i was greeted by Andreas, he helped us out that day. I was greeted by other staff when entering the building and felt welcomed. I told Andreas what I was looking for and that I had seen a jeep on their website. He was fast to get the keys to take it for a test drive and off we went. When I came back I wanted to talk about the price of the vehicle. He was very helpful with knowing what my budgets was and explaining everything in great detail. He then suggested other options and other jeeps they had available in my budget. We then took another wrangler for a test drive and he gave me great advice on buying a new vehicle to a year old vehicle. At the end of the day we decided to go with the first wrangler I had saw on line and we worked on a price to fit a bit more with my budget. I then met Bruce, which he was very nice and helpful as well. We agreed upon a price and made it a deal. I was in a rush at the time and they helped move thing along even faster when meeting Rami in the finance office who also was very helpful and explained a lot to me. I was not pushed to buy anything that day I was only welcomed by friendly staff and all my questions and needs were met. Big thanks to Bruce and Andreas and Rami for all their help, I was happy to do business with them as they still are very nice and helpful when ever I need anything from them to this day. More
