UBER transfer: GAME CHANGER The service and expertise have always been very good at Southbank. But frankly no one has the time for milk-run shuttles. We have to be at work on time, and be home on time for our family. This recent winter tire swap was going to be our last. The techs are too busy for a 30-minute tire swaps, but we’re too busy to shuttle or sit in the waiting room for hours on end. Lube shops are capitalizing on this paradigm. UBER!!! Whoever came up with the Uber transfer deserves a fat bonus and a free trip somewhere warm. Cheap? No. So work it into the pricing. Bury it. The peace of mind knowing we’re not stuck I in a waiting room pointlessly is GOLD. WELL DONE SOUTHBANK! Props to Dan and Madeleine for keeping us on schedule. Happy customers. More
