Sales to Service, Stay Away Sales: Lied to us about the lifetime free oil changes anywhere in North America are included in the extended warranty. They are not, then when Moe wa Sales: Lied to us about the lifetime free oil changes anywhere in North America are included in the extended warranty. They are not, then when Moe was caught in his BS, instead of owning up to it, he claimed that we were confused. Paid for an aftermarket "2-way" extra long-distance remote start system, then installed a "1-way" system. Had the remote start phone app option installed for all everywhere, then installed one that only works in Southern Ontario. Billed us for wheel lock nuts, with the reasoning that they are pre-installed to prevent theft on the dealer lot. When we picked up the Jeep, they were not installed. Lied to us about the location of the Jeep. Told us that the Jeep was located on their inventory lot when in reality the Jeep was at another dealership. Why lie about something so trivial. Service: Ordered new tires. The Service Manager personally booked the appointment and ensured that the tires were ordered. He was trying to make up for the extremely piss-poor sale experience. Showed up for the tire appointment, guess what, no appointment. Went to parts to see if the tires arrived, guess what, no tires either. The parts person could not find the order in the computer, then he asked what size and type I ordered. He went looking for the tires, he did find tires that matched my order with no name on them and said that I could have them and didn’t seem to care that the tires might belong to someone else. Then the service manager decided to lecture me about being upset about their lack of customer service, instead of confirming that the found tires are mine and book me a new appointment ASAP. The worst part was that he lectured me in front of the dealership General Manager and the GM did nothing to get his underling under control. All I learned is that this place couldn’t organize a snowball fight in the middle of winter. More
Great Sales and Service Kyle in Sales is a fine salesman. Very friendly, courteous and definitely not pushy or in your face. Paul in finance well versed in his job and dealing with us during the paper work and finalizing the deal. When I brought my Jeep in for service prior to trading it in, Dan O'neil was awesome in the Service Department. More

Waste of time I booked an appointment for two recalls on my Ram 1500. I took 2 hours off work to arrive on time for my appt. When I arrived, I was told after waitin I booked an appointment for two recalls on my Ram 1500. I took 2 hours off work to arrive on time for my appt. When I arrived, I was told after waiting 15 minutes that they didn't have the parts for one of the recalls and they didn't have enough time in the day to complete the second recall. I asked if they had the parts in when I made the appt and I was told that they had them and the job would take a few hours. Why did they make an appt and have me show up if they couldn't do the work?As the manager of the service dept, I would expect better service from your employees. More
