I called Toyota South Pointe one Friday afternoon, i believe I was the last phone in customer, I called around 545 pm few minutes before they close. Patryk was so patient giving me the details of the car I wanted to buy. I gave the car some thoughts and I came to the dealership after a day. Patryk was very knowledgable to his product, he was reasonable and very responsive to my car needs. Patryk's service didn't top from selling us the car. He was there from the start to finish, he made sure that we will be taken care of until we drive the car away. And take the car back to the dealership for future service. I had the best and most excellent car buying experience with Patryk Arkuszynski. I would also like to commend Ronan. He was very considerate when it comes to pricing. He was able to accommodate our budget. Patryk Arkuszynsk and Ronan understood the importance of getting a car for a reasonable price. I felt good and satisfied after our negotiation.
