Great Product Advisor and Dealership I had been to several dealerships Hyundai and Toyota and settled on the RAV4 2017 AWD SE model. I finally e-mailed South Pointe Toyota and Patryk Arku I had been to several dealerships Hyundai and Toyota and settled on the RAV4 2017 AWD SE model. I finally e-mailed South Pointe Toyota and Patryk Arkuszynski responded.Totally enjoyed the experience of shopping for a new vehicle. The whole atmosphere of entering the dealership was open and not a crowd of Product Advisors(salesperson) ready to pounce on you. I was able to look around and felt quite comfortable I had set up a time to meet Patryk and we met and talked about what my needs were in a SUV. He listen and made suggestions. Left dealership and after thinking about the other dealerships I was at decided to buy our SUV from Patryk. I didn't have a good feeling about talking to the Financial Manager (Ryan) from passed experiences but felt very comfortable and the total experience was 5 stars More

"Hail Damage" We went to purchase a Truck from South Point and they came back with a shady trade in value in our existing vehicle. There was no opportunity to negotiate or speak with the sales manager. The conversation got accusatory from there. Hate it when businesses try to take advantage. Went elsewhere and had a great experience. Would caution others from buying from this dealership. More

Worst Dealer I purchased my RAV 4 Toyota Last year. Beware of deals. There are always strings attached. They forced me to buy one year mandatory insurance which wa I purchased my RAV 4 Toyota Last year. Beware of deals. There are always strings attached. They forced me to buy one year mandatory insurance which was worthless. They offered me free oil change but forced me have some of the unnecessary maintenance work done on my car. They charge more for all repairs. I highly recommend to avoid this dealer. More
