Randy honored his promise and provided the extra car fob that was promised during the sale. John Smith followed up on the vehicle status made sure everything was all right, he also offered should any issues will arise to bring the vehicle back again. Richard Loucks is an excellent in his field, got my daughter approved and was very polite and thoughtful today upon my arrival dealing with the vehicle. Katerina was the one who we signed all the documents with, she was great all the way, polite, understanding and very humble. I'm glad overall Shaw GMC stood up by their word and corrected all the issues. Seeing a problem and doing nothing about it is one thing, but management at Shaw made sure things were looked after, and bringing final satisfaction to their clients does matter. We will recommend Shaw GMC to our friends and family, and again thank you for looking after us and correcting all the issues. More

Richard found me a great deal on a 2019 GMC Terrain. I needed room for dog crates and the Terrain works perfectly. He also found me a fantastic interest rate on my loan. They damaged my truck I dropped off my 2011 GMC Sierra for an oil change and a set of new winter tires. Part way through the appointment, a service rep notified me that the I dropped off my 2011 GMC Sierra for an oil change and a set of new winter tires. Part way through the appointment, a service rep notified me that their mechanic had accidentally cracked one of the chrome-clad wheel covers. She apologized and said they would order a replacement. I made a follow-up appointment and returned the following Saturday, waiting for two hours while the shop replaced the damaged wheel. The replacement wheel cover was in poor condition - the chrome cladding was flaking, pitted with corrosion, stained with rust and dull in overall appearance from years of neglect. This was in stark contrast to the mint condition of my original wheel covers, which I routinely clean and polish to prevent weather-related damage. I pointed out my concern to the service rep, asking if they could find a wheel cover in better condition. A few days later, she informed me that her manager disagreed with my assessment and requested that I come back a third time for the service manager to see the issue first hand. The following Saturday I met with a lady who appeared to be the shift supervisor. I showed her the corrosion, flaking and rust stains on the replacement wheel cover. She dismissed my concerns, insisting that the replacement was in the same condition as the original. She then took a photo of the wheel and said she would speak with the service manager. I have not heard back. I’m not upset with Shaw GMC for breaking my wheel cover. I’m upset that they replaced it with an inferior product and sent me on a wild goose chase when I voiced my concerns. I gave them multiple opportunities to make things right. My plan now is to order a new wheel cover and install it myself. Bottom line: they lost a long-term customer over a $100 hubcap. More
