Check in is straight forward and they do their best your answer questions. The staff is welcoming as well The shuttle service is great and if don't have a shuttle available they will arrange a taxi or an ub answer questions. Repair had to be done in two stages due to back-ordered parts. The parts actually came in quicker than expected.
