Excellent Service We were having trouble with the oil level light coming on in our 2014 Subaru Forester XT, when the oil level was ok. After talking to the service mana We were having trouble with the oil level light coming on in our 2014 Subaru Forester XT, when the oil level was ok. After talking to the service manager, by phone, it was decided that the oil level sensor had to be replaced. A quote and time frame for the repair was given over the phone and the part was ordered. They phoned to let us know that the part was in and a appointment was made. When we got there for the appointment they started work right away. After about an hour we were approached by the mechanic and service manager and told that the repairs would take about 2 hours longer than the original quote as they did not realize that the engine was turbocharged and more pieces had to be removed. They also graciously said they would honour the original quote. I would like to thank them very much for the way we were treated and for them absorbing the extra costs. Very rarely do we see a business that is so accommodating and respectful of the original quote. Thank you very much. Merry Christmas. We will be back Dennis & Ev More

He treated us with respect, listened to our needs and concerns and did everything within his power to address them. We felt like valued customers. We didn't experience high pressure sales and never felt rushed. He spent time answering all our questions and going over all the necessary paperwork so we understood our obligations and what services were available to us. When we came to pick up our new vehicle, he spent more than half an hour introducing us to all of the new features of the vehicle and showing where everything was. No need to read the owner's manual to get started! We love this car. 💕 It practically drives itself, is so comfortable to drive and is quiet on the road, is amazing on gas and loaded with every feature you could possibly wish for.
