Scott Subaru

After a deal I had made on my first ever Subaru fell though in the city where I lived, I was totally devastated. The dealership I had been trying to buy from originally said that the car I ordered would though in the city where I lived, I was totally devastated. The dealership I had been trying to buy from originally said that the car I ordered would be in, at the most, in 2 wks. At the end of the two weeks, they said it would actually be 6 WKS. I was really stuck for transportation because I had already sold my previous car, in anticipation of the new one coming in. The dealership was not willing to help me out in any way with a rental or courtesy car while I waited for the arrival of the vehicle. They said if I didn't like it, I could come in and pick up my deposit cheque, which I did. I thought I had made a big mistake in deciding to get a Subaru. THANKFULLY I decided to try Scott Subaru in Red Deer, which is only 1 1/2 hours drive from where I live. They were FABULOUS. Sheena (sales), Jason (general sales manager) and Leslie (finance) all worked quickly and efficiently to get me into the car I was looking for. It looked for a while, like the car might be slightly delayed. I thought, oh no, here we go again. But they said, that if that happened, they would lend me a car to drive, even drive it up to the city where I lived!!!!! I couldn't believe it. As it turned out, there was no need for that, because my car came in, IN UNDER ONE WEEK!!! Obviously their relationships with other dealers in Alberta is good enough that they were able to bring in the car from somewhere in Alberta, without having to order from Japan, and thus spared me a 6 wk wait. I think that really says something about the way they run their business. Sheena even offered to deliver my new vehicle to my home! I have purchased several new cars over the years. I have never experienced the kind of customer service like I did at Scott Subaru in Red Deer. The stark contrast as to how poorly I was treated from the first dealership to how WELL I was treated at Scott Subaru just blows me away. Sheena, Jason and Leslie are all examples of excellence in what they do. More
