He was clear, transparent and very knowledgable about the Ceritified Pre-Owned vehicles they had in stock. The negotiations were fair, Clay was transparent about any minor issues the vehicles we were looking at had on them, and he was fair with his neogtiations, ensuring that we understood why he could offer the price he could. The vehicle has been amazing so far, and we had full confidence that it will remain that way. I will be sending anyone who is looking for a Subaru (or other used vehicle they have in stock) to Scott Subaru, specifically Clay. Our first experince buying a vehicle from a dealer could not have been more pleasant. More

Best Place to Buy a Car. Period. I'll start my review with my conclusion: You would be crazy to buy a car anywhere else. Subaru makes a great product. Best AWD. Best Safety. Best Resa I'll start my review with my conclusion: You would be crazy to buy a car anywhere else. Subaru makes a great product. Best AWD. Best Safety. Best Resale value in the business. What sometimes can ruin the experience is the dealership. That is where Clay and the team at Scott Subaru are unlike any dealership I have ever dealt with. Rarely can you ask a Salesperson anything and everything and they have all the answers. Clay did. It's refreshing to finally deal with someone who actually knows what he's talking about. There was no pressure. No hassle. Just straightforward, honest answers and fantastic demonstrations. All options were given and I cannot say enough about how amazing the sales process was. The sales process is usually followed by a visit to the finance manager, which in past experiences is less than exciting.... But not as Scott Subaru! At Scott Subaru, the Salesperson also handles their own finance work. So no BS. No hidden fees. No up-sell. Just again, all options clearly explained and presented without any pressure. (Their prices are fantastic on the back end products because guess what? They are not paying an extra body to pitch it to you!!) This was such a breath of fresh air. It kept the whole experience smooth and fun. I don't understand why all dealerships don't function this way... I bought my car 6 months ago and I still rely on Clay if I have any questions or need assistance. He answers pretty well immediately even now. 11/10 do not waste your time going anywhere else!! More

The experience was probably the most easiest, straightforward transaction we have completed when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. There was no haggling, no up selling, no back and forth games of negotiation, and was pretty seamless. We live in Edmonton and read the positive reviews online, and so we decided to reach out to Scott Subaru initially through email. We were able to finalize on a purchase price/terms of the deal through email/phone, and eventually made the trip to Red Deer for final sale and pickup. Clay and the crew were extremely helpful and respectful throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Scott Subaru if you live locally or outside the city. Thanks again Clay for setting us up with our new car. More

Service staff - Unprofessional, unkind, abrupt. I have had to deal with an employee at Scott Subaru a number of times now, in person, and on the phone.
