It took less than 10 minutes to receive a response when I inquired about the car. Dishonest and Do Not Appreciate Their Customers UPDATE - Just thought I would add to my previous review. We just spent $600 for full replacement of the front brakes for a car that we purchased less UPDATE - Just thought I would add to my previous review. We just spent $600 for full replacement of the front brakes for a car that we purchased less than 3 months and 3,700 kms ago. They safety certified it themselves and obviously didn't consider front brakes important. Apparently, non existent brake pads and highly scored and corroded rotors are perfectly safe! And then to top it all off, I emailed them several times to discuss possible reimbursement of the cost of the brakes and they total ignored my emails. Great customer service....not!!! ********************************* We bought a newer used vehicle from this dealership and it was the worst car buying experience either of us have ever experienced over the course of our many years of driving. Their financing department forced us to buy some overpriced and unnecessary insurance policy as well as goaded us into borrowing more than the cost of the car then giving us a cheque for the difference. Further, due to a lack of organization, we had to make several repeat trips to the dealership to sign paperwork, provide information, hand over documents, etc. Most importantly, we were told by two different staff members that the car was "accident free" and a CarProof report was available. Only after we picked up the car and returned home did we find the Carproof report buried in the paperwork and it indicated a previous accident. When we contacted the dealership to discuss our concerns and disappointment, they treated us like garbage. They were rude, showed zero compassion and on more than one occasion actually began yelling at us on the phone. Without a doubt, the absolute WORST customer service we have ever experienced. Do yourself a favour....go elsewhere! Surely there is a dealership out there that appreciates its customers and their hard-earned dollars! More
Whats the point of an appointment? They harass every month to make an oil change appointment. Then you go in for a 15 minute oil change and drive out 1.5 hours later! Appalling service We were in the market for a used vehicle. We find one on auto trader. Sounds great. We call to confirm that they actually have this Vehicle still for sale as we would like to come and look at it. We were told yes, come in for a test drive. After travelling for more than an hour we arrive. Meet with Sara in the used car vehicle section. After getting our drivers license copies, she comes back to tell us that the service department was busy so they shipped this vehicle out some where else. But she can write up the deal and we can basically buy it now and pick it up later. Do they really think that someone would buy a vehicle sight unseen. We told her that we had just moved here and needed a vehicle soon as we are renting one right now. It's pathetic that they should tell someone that we can test drive a vehicle, we drive all the way there and then they don't even have it on their lot. If I could give them a zero star I would. More
