I purchased a 2022 Ford Maverick from Ahmad Assaf at Rose City Ford on January 22, 2022 and my whole experience was FANTASTIC. General Manager Scott Ohler was more than fair and accommodating when he priced my trade in and Ahmad made my whole experience pleasant. I have purchase more than 30 vehicles in my lifetime and more than half have been from dealers. Ahmad and Scott never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable even when I was asking more than my fair share of questions. Ahmad returned every phone call and replied to every email I sent promptly. I also want to send a shout out to the finance lady, I forgot her name but she was pleasant respectful and thorough. When I picked up my vehicle, Ahmad spent about an hour of time going through all the interior options and even set up both my wife and my cell phones. He also made sure my FordPass was set up and working properly. I did have a very unpleasant experience at another Ford dealership close to my home which caused me to drive further to meet up with Ahmad at Rose City Ford. Thank god I did because besides getting a good trade in for my vehicle, I met two great employees. I have now told a family member about my experience as they are looking for a car. My experience at Rose City Ford was phenomenal. I am beyond pleased with the whole experience. Tanya Van Dongen and Scott Ohler were so informative, patient and friendly. They made the whole buying experience amazing. I highly recommend their customer service. It's always the same in the car business. New or used, it doesn't matter: Money, money, money. That's all that counts. I went for an oil change and tire rotation, and to find out how to fix the not working doesn't matter: Money, money, money. That's all that counts. I went for an oil change and tire rotation, and to find out how to fix the not working 3rd brake light (LED) on my vehicle. Oil change and tire rotation was done as expected, but they handed me a 155 CAD invoice for figuring out why the brake light doesn't work. Asking for another 650 CAD to replace it. There must be a consumer protection law put in place that stops car shops from defrauding people. They told me that they had to take it apart to get to the brake light, test it, and put everything back together. This is what I did just 2 weeks (without the testing) before, and it took me all together about 20 minutes. 155 CAD, what they charged me for this 20 minutes job comes out to 465 CAD hourly rate. This is twice what Porsche charges. In case I would have booked the repairs, they would have charged me about 300 CAD. Again for the exact same work. Means 900 CAD hourly rate. Plus 350 CAD for the light assembly. But it is an LED light, and the chance that it dies literally over night is as high as winning the 6/49 jackpot. More
I have purchased 5 cars in the last 5 years from Rose City Ford and I have to say I have never been more disappointed as I have been the last 2 times. It started with the Bronco in October when I walked City Ford and I have to say I have never been more disappointed as I have been the last 2 times. It started with the Bronco in October when I walked out because the sales manager thought he was smarter than I was and tried to say he was doing me a favour by not charging me fees when he had no right charging me fees. Secondly trying to rip me off on my tradein by thousands of dollars. Then back in July I ordered a titanium hybrid plugin Escape with the panoramic roof and a certain wood grain on dash. The car comes in with no panoramic roof and the wrong wood colore on the dash. Thats after several trips to Rose City to make sure it was right. And again they tried to screw me over on trade in value. Also they tried to charge me interest on the loan after telling me repeatedly that if the year changed to 2022, there would be no interest charge because I ordered the car in 2021. I do not need these deceptive people in my life. So for me this dealership has a failed me. It has lost a loyal customer. More

Tanya helped find the right Truck for the right price back in 2019. I found the sales, service and customer appreciation to be the best in Ontario. Now in 2021 She helped me order my new Ford Bronco Ba back in 2019. I found the sales, service and customer appreciation to be the best in Ontario. Now in 2021 She helped me order my new Ford Bronco Badlands which just arrived in November. Although there were delays in production, Tanya at Rose city Ford kept me informed as she was on top of my order. When it came to the financing, all the promised rebates were already applied to the price. Definitely purchasing from there again. More
The sales person, Deon Flynn , was great, but the rest of the experience, not so good !! We had ordered a 2022 Ford 150, but was offered a deal on a 2021, just before we were getting ready to head south !!. the experience, not so good !! I neglected to proof-read the sales sheet every time it was produced, and was charged for a spray in bed liner ( truck has a drop in !!), clear coat, and wheel locks, which I didn't order !!!. Over $600.00 total..I trade trucks every four years, and bought the last two at Lally Ford in Tilbury and will go there for service when in Canada.. More
