James was very knowledgeable about the Bronco we recently purchased, He was an enthusiastic salesperson. When we picked up our new vehicle, he took the time to show us where all the signals, etc., were tha purchased, He was an enthusiastic salesperson. I bought a 2022 Ford edge sales person was on the phone when I was purchasing a car sat there for half hour then he gets of phone not good then when car come in had look at suv to see if it looked then the when I was purchasing a car sat there for half hour then he gets of phone not good then when car come in had look at suv to see if it looked then the sale person witch i what say made me pay for a license they already had and I thought he was give me a new license sticker and they have a lot of catches in their contracts like gas $100 for gas didn’t realize he charged me that I should’ve looked over the contract a little better a lot of xxxx in there I didn’t really like but the only reason why I bought from rose city was because my wife like the colour and it was a perfect colour and I couldn’t get it taken to another dealership to be purchased sorry rose city forgive me a bad star rating now what you guys suck More
