Within 30 days of purchasing a 2018 F150, my 82 year old father discovered a half inch hole had been drilled into his gas tank. The salesman informed me that my father had Roadside assistance but neglected to tell us it was applicable to the closest dealership only (closest dealer referred us back to Rose City). Communication with Rose City was poor and my father was without a vehicle for over 2 weeks. There was never an offer to provide him with a loaner vehicle. Due to the circumstances surrounding the discovery of the hole, we are unsure as to when the damage actually occurred (before or after my father purchased it). The lack of care and concern shown by the dealership throughout this repair was very frustrating and disappointing. Very poor service for a new customer. More
