Well, let me tell y'all about my experience at River City Hyundai! Now, I ain't no fancy city folk, but I know good service when I see it. I had to bring my truck in to get fixed and the manager, Chris Serge Hyundai! Now, I ain't no fancy city folk, but I know good service when I see it. I had to bring my truck in to get fixed and the manager, Chris Sergeew, really went above and beyond to help me out. First off, let me tell you that Chris was a real down-to-earth fella. He spoke to me in plain English, none of them big fancy words that those city slickers like to throw around. He explained the whole process to me so that even I could understand it. And let me tell you, that ain't an easy feat. But it wasn't just Chris's way with words that impressed me. The service I got at River City Hyundai was top-notch. My truck was fixed up good as new, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg like some other dealerships would have. And they even gave me a loaner car while they worked on mine! Overall, I gotta say that I was real impressed with River City Hyundai. Chris Sergeew and his team really know how to take care of their customers, even us rednecks.
