Took advantage of my situation and made sure to sell me something that they just needed to get rid of. No customer service. I couldn't even get a response back about 2 months for a text message. I've spent more on repairs than payments. From oil cooler leakage radiator leaking to Cadillac converter completely plugged o2 sensors needing replaced and still not running. I'm at a loss for words. The Carfax showed but it was supposed to the dealerships mechanical report showed everything was fine. I requested the internal mechanics report that they don't disclose to the customer. I never got that so I did file a complaint with the better bureau And if this becomes any further of money I just don't have to spend. They can come get their car cuz it's absolutely ridiculous. I even called the salesman after 15 minutes of him selling me the vehicle and said I heard a noise. He brushed it off his cold weather. Couldn't get a hold of him again and then it took 2 months for them to respond back. I called everyday for a week. Mind you I'm working 15 hours a day starting at any time of the day. 3:00 a.m. mostly so it's very difficult to be on the phone as well as awake or working. They took advantage of that. Never in my life. Have I ever dealt with something so heartbreaking. It's the proper word I feel explain it because it is heartbreaking. We could have went a different way they could have got me a different vehicle and I would have came back and got another vehicle through them to them. So I hope that $24,000 was worth losing much much more, and I'm not somebody to lay down either, especially after being lied to... Stay away from this manager Ryan. This is second incident that he completely denied to offer his help, in fact he was getting rude and rude and also said “get out” from my office. I was there to follow up windscreen crack for ongoing discussion with another manager (jazz) who was very helpful. Today, this manager tried to prove that jazz is wrong and no one can help what he offered. Ryan is extremely worst listener! He will interrupt you in the middle of sentence and try to prove his point that doesn’t help you at all. Previously my experience with Ryan was terrible. 6 months ago I purchased Santa Fe luxury hybrid, but I've since encountered several discrepancies and possible misrepresentations. Firstly, I was informed that the plug-in hybrid would provide 200 km in charging mode, but in reality, it barely reaches 50 km. Later, I discovered the same model being offered at a different city dealership for roughly $5,000 less. Additionally, this dealership claimed the government subsidy using a cheque I signed, whereas most dealerships typically direct this subsidy to the buyer. To top it off, other dealerships included free winter tires (see attached photo) with the purchase, but despite repeated requests, I didn't receive any. When I approached the dealership with these concerns, I was met with a cold reception. The manager spent barely two minutes with me, merely asserting that he had done the best he could. In retrospect, I should've done more research, comparing offers both online and across dealerships. Given these experiences, I can't endorse this dealership and would advise potential buyers to be diligent in their research before making a purchase. More

There were some issues with some items like a hitch that had to be ordered. I did have some moments that my understanding was not very tolerable.
