Very poor service department Service department unable to keep appointments and have no regard for customer's time. Changing Deals I took my truck in to get repaired and they told me it needed a little over 2000 dollars in repair. I decided it was more worth it to buy a new truck. I had the deal all set up and the day I was supposed to pick it up a manager called me and told me they screwed up the numbers. Bad. The price went from 181 Bi weekly for 4 years to 220 Bi weekly for 5 years. How is it possible to mess it up that bad. They called me 5 different times after I turned the deal down and had given me 5 different prices. I walked away. They also told me the truck I was buying needed 3000 in work to safety, and that it was a previous write off, but would not tell me what the damage was or what needed fixed. This dealership employees a bunch of salespeople with no knowledge of vehicles and only care about their commission. I will never return here to buy a vehicle. The service department fixed my other truck and did a great job and actually gave me a bunch of free parts and labour because it took longer than expected. The price for what I was charged was still high, but the work was done right. More

He was patient and understanding in showing me multiple cars in different models and colours. He was very knowledgeable in the details of the car and performance ratings. I also dealt with Jenny, one of the finance managers there who was very sweet and thorough in going over every aspect of the lease agreement and made sure I understood it. I was also very surprised when the sales manager Jev came up to me and thanked me very sincerely for my business and wished me luck with my new vehicle. I ended up leasing a 2014 Ford Escape and I absolutely love it. The whole process was very easy and painless and I would definitely recommend Ford to anyone buying a new or used car.
