Listening I visited the dealership for two reasons. I knew they had a one of two trucks in western Canada i was interested in and i was within a year of being r I visited the dealership for two reasons. I knew they had a one of two trucks in western Canada i was interested in and i was within a year of being ready to purchase a vehicle. My situation was short on time and price sensitive which was openly comunicated. After being shown one other truck i go to see the one of interest. Walked away frustrated and have lost ~4hrs of an afternoon. 2 weeks later recieved an email asking about the visit. Within 24hrs of a response I recieved a phone call and 72hrs later finalized a deal. The staff was freindly but not overly knowledgeable about the truck i was interested in. The truck was sent to me without a spare tire and no tow mirrors. Overall the price was fair in my opinion but the time it took to negotiate was drawn out. More

I did feel rushed to make a decision at times and believe with a little more time we could have reached a better deal for everyone involved (ie accessories, options) Sayed is a very friendly person and has done well to follow up "after the sale" to ensure my satisfaction. Jennifer in finance was very helpful and friendly and made the lease procedure very quick and painless. My biggest concern regarded "dealer installed options" some of these I didn't want and had them removed. After I did fine some caps and plugs to be missing (Fir-tree plugs for trim etc) Overall a good experience and I would certainly deal with them again and with some of the things I have learned hopefully the next time will be excellent. More

Within 3 months, I received a call from a team that works with all of the banks to get you the best rates, and not only did they get my interest rate to drop 8%, but I drove away a 2014 Ford Escape SE that day! My sales associate, Tom, and finance manager, Elliot, were amazing to help me above and beyond, giving me an experience that exceeded my expectations! I can't thank them enough.
