Sales and Service staff seemed concerned that I was having so much trouble with my other car and being a River City Ford customer wanted to help. Tom listened to my concerns and we looked at a few cars then the perfect car arrived - 14 Fiesta. Tom knows his cars and customers for the perfect fit. Once the decision was made, which was a long process on my part, Tom/Jev made sure that I received a fair deal. Picking up the car was a delight, Tom was so helpful making sure I was well informed.. From meeting my Sales Representative (Brett), to asking a ton of questions, to test driving the car and then dealing with the Sales Manager (Scott) to make the final purchase, it was a seamless process! Happy I did not purchase my vehicle here I had heard while looking for my first car that Ford was a good company. Which it is. So I decided to take a look at cars as I passed the dealership. Initially the service I received was friendly, and told the salesperson what I was looking for, a small car that fit in my budget. So he told me about the fiesta, cute car, went for a test drive but did not like the way it drove, just didn't fit my needs and then told the salesman of my opinion. Even after the fact he set me up with someone in the finance department and tried to get me to put a down payment... On a car that I wouldn't enjoy driving and couldn't afford. I was not impressed about how he was pressuring me into buying that vehicle. He kept asking "what can I do to get you in this vehicle today?" I was not feeling heard about what I was wanting or needing. All in all I'm happy I went somewhere else and found a vehicle that fits my needs. More
