I wanted to make the experience streamlined as possible so i communicated with Kelly and she had me relay all my pertinent information to her so she could work with Jen in finance department. She i got to the dealership at my appointment time I was greeted at the door by Kelly who then showed me the car she picked for me. . upon my accepting the car we went to Jen who what all approvals and paper work ready to go. A couple of questions and then signing papaers until my hand cramped and finance was done. Then we went over car again with Kelly who helped set up blue tooth and show me the accesories , transfered my plates and moved my stuff into the new car went back in for the thank you from the manager and I was off. From walking in the door to putting the car in drive and leaving it was just over an hour a excellent experience over all. A special thank you to Kelly and Jen for going out of their way to make the whole experience a great car buying experience. This is my second car from river city ford and I am sure I will be back again. More

Our new F150 4X4 We were set on buying a Dodge Ram Hemi. We spent several months searching and comparing and were tired and worn out by a plethora of sales pitches f We were set on buying a Dodge Ram Hemi. We spent several months searching and comparing and were tired and worn out by a plethora of sales pitches from other dealerships, very poor sales service and were somewhat discouraged about finding the right vehicle. My wife then asked me, "Last year, you had your heart set on buying a Ford F150 1/2 ton truck, so why are we looking for a Dodge Ram Hemi?". All she heard from me was, ..**crickets** We made an appointment to meet with a sales agent at River City Ford to negotiate the possible purchase of a used 2015 F150 4X4 out of their Regina dealership. It was late, 5PM or so on Thursday, and we were met at the front door by friendly staff who sat us down in a very comfortable show room. Then, we met Sayed Dost. He immediately asked us if we wanted anything to drink. He was cool, calm and collected and had all of the information regarding the used truck in Regina. He made us feel relaxed and comfortable...no sense of pressure or urgency, despite the late hour on a Thursday evening.. He suggested to bring out a truck that had the exact specifications as the Regina truck for us to take for a test drive. It was late but we decided, what the heck, and test drove the truck. Sayed walked us through all of the features of the truck and he was very knowledgeable about all things Ford After the demo, we sat down with Sayed to discuss the options to bring in the used Regina truck. After a bit of back and forth with his brother, we were close on settling on the Regina truck, only to find out that Sayed was negotiating with his brother Jev to instead purchase the 2016 Ford F150 we just test drove. Sayed looked at me and said "Yes, I'm trying to get you into the new truck for the same price". I was stunned. My wife looked at me and smiled. I knew this was the truck for us. After some tough negotiating we settled on a remarkable price. We then placed a deposit on the truck and were ready to leave the dealership when Sayed asked us if wanted to take the truck for the weekend. We said sure! Back Sayed went to negotiate with his brother again for a dealer plate for the weekend. My wife and I were very extremely happy with the entire experience. Just before leaving the dealership, I found a pair of cuff links in the truck console. I ran back to the front door only to find it was already locked and lights were being turned off for the night. Bob Wall was still there locking up and opened the door I said I found cuff links in the truck and he laughed and said those were his cuff links I now call him Mr. Cuff Links. Upon return to the dealership on Tuesday afternoon (the truck was back on Tuesday morning to have it detailed) we met with finance, both Cristele and Jennifer who explained all of the options and gave us a great deal on the extended warranty. They both made us feel comfortable and welcome. Jennifer was also very patient with my million questions about warranty coverage. Thanks Jen, and by the way, I gave up after page 5 reading the differences between warranty coverages. Thank you River City Ford, and in particular Sayed, for demonstrating fabulous customer service! Your knowledge, kindness and no pressure sales resulted in an incredible buying experience for us. We are truly very happy with all aspects of the purchase of our new vehicle and would recommend (and will) you to any friends, family or acquaintances who are in the market for a new vehicle. Our first new Ford F150 with everything we wanted! We are both very happy and sooo spoiled right now! More
