Great Customer Service We recently purchased our third vehicle from River City Ford since 2014 and we couldn't be happier with our most recent experience. We took our 2014 We recently purchased our third vehicle from River City Ford since 2014 and we couldn't be happier with our most recent experience. We took our 2014 Ford Fusion SE into the dealership and feel they gave us a fair trade in price towards our new vehicle. We were interested in a 2017 Ford Fusion SE Luxury package and there was one we were interest in at nearby partner dealership. They were able to bring it in for us to test drive for the next day. We really feel we were able to negotiate a fair and reasonable price and were really happy with the price we were able to settle on for extended warrenties and extras. Our sales associate Kirsten made sure we happy with the deal and Kelly, the floor manager had been one of our sales associates in the past and also made sure we were happy with our purchase. As it was a used vehicle they made sure it was completely serviced, full of gas and detailed before we picked it up. I would highly recommend this team. They are a young, energetic and eager to please team! More

We bought a 2017 escape and we were not sure if our elderly mother could get in and out of the car. Not only did Michelle let us take the car home for a test drive , she also let us keep it over night and gave us some ideas to help her get in and out of the car. That helped us alot. Be careful with going here I bought a truck from river city around 40,000 km on it at the time I was 19 they lied to the bank to get me this truck I don't know how they did it , I bought a truck from river city around 40,000 km on it at the time I was 19 they lied to the bank to get me this truck I don't know how they did it , I have gained more knowledge about vehicles over the years and I see the whole left side of my truck has been repainted really bad job probably there in house body shop even thought they told me no damage on this truck then I found a stain under the seat that will never come off the list goes on I suggest if you have no knowledge of vehicles don't go unless you bring someone that knows some stuff about cars More

Michelle makes it happen I am always a bit nervous when I walk into a car dealership. I had an appointment with Michelle to start looking for the replacement for my 18 year ol I am always a bit nervous when I walk into a car dealership. I had an appointment with Michelle to start looking for the replacement for my 18 year old van and I remembered how nervous I was the last time I bought a new vehicle. Michelle made my experience enjoyable! Michelle listened to me and asked great questions that helped me catch up to the new technology and how it improves today's Ford products. I have visited other dealerships where I left feeling I was not being a good customer because I take time to decide. Not the case with Michelle and River City Ford.
