Dropped truck off first time got back only 3 mud flaps installed not 4 , xxx, had alignment , got back steering wheel at 1 o’clock , truck pulled to right , sand paper and scotch brite pads on truck floor installed not 4 , xxx, had alignment , got back steering wheel at 1 o’clock , truck pulled to right , sand paper and scotch brite pads on truck floor in cab , all the broken parts replaced were thrown in the box Brought truck back one week later for mud flaps and fix alignment , had it there by 8 am truck still sitting there at 11:30 when I drive by , called at 530 to pick up my trick , body shop guy said he had no idea where my truck was , I said pardon me where is it , no idea call back tomorrow xxx I was gonna call the police , was it stolen where was it , called me next day at 11 truck ready , was suppose to fix my dipstick both times , never looked at it , said bring it back xxx !! I will never bring my truck back there or buy a truck from river city More

DO NOT GO TO THESE CROOKS! Took my vehicle to River City Ford Collision center on an insurance claim to replace my front windshield. When it was replaced; the molding(S) around Took my vehicle to River City Ford Collision center on an insurance claim to replace my front windshield. When it was replaced; the molding(S) around the windshield kept flying off (flew off the 4 times they tried to fix it). River City Ford had broken the fastening mechanisms. This started in September 2019 and in February 2020 when they "FIXED" it again, it was loose. Scott Sparling said, "I hope it stays this time; cause we're not "fixing" it again. I said, "what do you mean, you're the ones that broke it" He walked away, saying I would have to speak to a manager then!? For over 5 months I was getting the runaround, I caught Scott Sparling in many lies - Big sign out front saying They Restore to Perfection, Big sign inside that says They will implement a "can do" attitude with the goal of finding a solution to every interaction LIES! Scott Sparling doesn't follow that policy, he seems ok with vandalizing other people's property and walking away from any accountability. When I took it to an actual glass installation shop, they said to never go anywhere except a glass replacement shop, because these self-proclaimed "Restore to Perfection" collision centers don't have the expertise to install windshields. River City Ford should have the decency to acknowledge that they weren't capable of doing that type of work. I spent way too much of my time and money going back & forth to this corrupt collision center without any compensation, any apologies & a simple "we're not fixing it anymore" DO NOT GO TO THESE CROOKS!!! More

I came in to get a taillight replaced. There were two people working the desk to start which was great! Then one had left and it got a little busy, so even though my car was done, I had to wait a bit! An people working the desk to start which was great! It would have been a kind gesture to tell me if they could while I was sitting there wondering what was wrong because I could see they weren’t working on it.
