When I picked up my vehicle it was left in the back compound wedged up to another vehicle which we could barely get into. Oil reset had not been reset which makes me hesitant the oil was changed. I only needed to have my winter tires out on. I got a call a week after the appointment stating they forgot my locking lug nuts and I need to pick the up in the next week.
