Pick Bruce I bought my car from RH Toyota when it was still at the old location. My salesman was Bruce, and he was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable, non-pushy and respectful. At the time of my purchase, I was looking for my first vehicle. I had a limited budget so I needed someone who would give me a good price and walk me through my purchase with patience. I scouted the car I wanted from the RH Toyota website and was able to get a good price from Bruce. I felt happy with my purchase and 2 years later, I am still happily driving my car without any problems. In the future, I will make sure to come back to RH Toyota and find Bruce. Thank you for being genuine, you've got a customer for life! --- I would also like to comment on the service department. RH Toyota service department is friendly, however, sometimes a hit and miss. My car has only been serviced from this dealership. There have been instances when I will have to wait really long wait periods for my car to be serviced. On multiple occasions, I've waited over an hour for an oil change (even though I have an appointment)! On one occasion, I waited a WHOLE AFTERNOON (5+ hours) which was a huge waste of my time. I always come back because I know they do a good job but feel that they do need to improve on the consistency of their wait times. More

Service & Price as promised When having my newer Rav serviced a couple of weeks earlier, I had enquired about my second and older Toyota (2010 Camry). I had never had a "tune-up" When having my newer Rav serviced a couple of weeks earlier, I had enquired about my second and older Toyota (2010 Camry). I had never had a "tune-up", as I was told the platinum spark plugs did not need replacing until something like 150,000. or 160,000 km or 5 years (can't remember the exact specs, but I knew I was definitely past the 5 years and darn close to the mileage factor). The service advisor also pointed out that I was "overdue" for flushing power steering, transmission, and fuel induction service. I was quoted a price and approximate time frame required to complete the service. ( I might note that this second vehicle is mainly used by my wife in Parry Sound, so we normally get routine oil changes, etc. done at the local Canadian Tire, for convenience, since there is no Toyota Dealership within a convenient range for such minor servicing requirements). When I subsequently made the appointment to have this major service work done, my vehicle was serviced, as promised; and at the price quoted.;with a complimentary car wash included.. The time to complete the job was approximately as estimated. While the car was in service, I had a good 4 hours to kill (as I live in Parry Sound and the dealership is in Richmond Hill). But I enjoyed a couple of complimentary coffees; as well as a very good breakfast omelette wrap from the in-house snack bar. I plugged in my cell-phone and charged it up, while I had my snack items, read the complimentary newspapers; watched the giant CP24 news screen; and read a good portion of the book I had brought with me. All in all, a relaxing and somewhat enjoyable wait, while my vehicle got the promised service. So, I am happy to say, I strongly endorse the Richmond Hill service experience. Efficient and Courteous I had to take my car in for service on two occasions... one because the engine light was on after i forgot to close it all the way, and my second atte I had to take my car in for service on two occasions... one because the engine light was on after i forgot to close it all the way, and my second attendance was for a routine service. For the engine light issue, I was quickly attended to, the issue was resolved and they sent me on my way. I was a little embarrassed but they service guys were good at brushing it off. For my routine service, the service person sat with me, talked me through the service I was requesting and recommended services that I should get, and services that I should postpone. The service was done quickly and everyone was courteous throughout. The waiting lounge is a great spot to wait for your service to be completed. More
