He takes the time to explain things so that I understand exactly what I'm paying for. I also want to give a shout out to Alex who is a quiet worker and he helps things flow smoothly and brings my car back to me nicely washed. That's a great touch. I also have appreciated very much whenever I have needed shuttle service and J.D. has always been very courteous and on time. The staff were very nice and went out of their way to make my children feel comfortable i.e. providing a video game console to keep them busy while we were negotiating our deal. Got it right the third time Purchased a part from the dealership that was supposed to be installed during an oil change appointment. It all worked out in the end. So, we have been clients at Richmond Hill Toyota for over 20 years and never had any problems, until the last time which was very frustrating. We So, we have been clients at Richmond Hill Toyota for over 20 years and never had any problems, until the last time which was very frustrating. We had a slow leak in the rear drivers side tire and took the car in to get it fixed. After a long wait, the car was ready, even though they lost the key for a while, and we get into the car on the lot and I noticed that all the lights were on on the dashboard. I went to the service guy we had been dealing with and showed him. He got someone to do a diagnostic on the car (at this time I had to leave the dealership and only my husband was there), and we were told that the sensor had blown and it would cost us 7-900.00 to repair. My husband almost had a heart attack when he heard this and he called me to tell me what they said. It seemed strange to us that the sensor should go on the same wheel as the tire was changed and we were told it had nothing to do with the tire, a completely different thing. My husband got frustrated and had them shuttle him home. The next day we went back and I said, I was not willing to pay for something that I still thought was a problem in the way the tire was done, but I would consider paying some of it. We were taken to the service manager, said the same things all over again and he said he would see what he could do, as even he looked a little surprised when he realized that it was the exact side and tire that was having the problems. What happened after that was a much better experience. The dealership got everything covered for us and we ended up not having to pay anything. This gave us our confidence in the dealership again, as we only ever go there for servicing the car. Brad is the best service person to work with. He knows us and helped correct everything. I thoroughly recommend him. So, it all worked out in the end and we are still happy clients. More
