I have dealt with Brad for a considerable length of time, and it has always been dealing with Brad Scherer, in the Service Department, is outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the vehicle prior to the purchase to address any issues identified with the car. There was no pressure to purchase at any time from Bruce. Even after the sale was completed, Bruce really went out of his way to help me address a warranty issue with the car later that same week. Other sales people and dealerships I have dealt with in the past from Acura and Mercedes in the GTA could really learn something about customer service from Richmond Hill Toyota and inparticularly Bruce.
