History Lesson I've had one completely negative and one questionable experience at your service department when it was in South Richmond Hill. Once I went into a com I've had one completely negative and one questionable experience at your service department when it was in South Richmond Hill. Once I went into a completely empty service area with one consultant on duty - I suspect some labour difficulties, because the man on duty was quite stressed. Another woman was waiting also. When I asked what was taking so long (over an hour), he replied, "You should've made an appointment." clearly ignoring the large oil change sign that said "No Appointment Necessary" The woman with me had an appointment, and she was also waiting over an hour. The questionable experience I mentioned earlier was a recommendation to have a brake and antifreeze fluid change. This was when my RAV had less than 30k. I feel this was too early and had this confirmed at another dealership. Perhaps management has changed since those experiences, but there are other close by dealerships where I have had NO negative experiences. As they say, "Once burned..." Sincerely, M. Wong More

However, Mr. Zohni's knowledge in this field along with his cooperative and very polite demeanour made us go back to Toyota dealer ship in Richmond hill, over two hours from our home! We had called a number of dealerships to get a good price on what we were buying, and A The service we experienced at this dealership was incredible. We had called a number of dealerships to get a good price on what we were buying, and Andrew Ross gave us a great deal. He was very busy though, so when we went in to pay, he wasn't able to deal with us, but he did introduce himself at one point and was very friendly. Instead, we dealt with Paul who was fantastic. He took us on a test drive with the exact car we'd be purchasing, and was very patient in explaining all the main features of the car. He then took us on a detailed tour of the service department which we were very impressed with. The whole transaction with him went very smoothly and we felt very comfortable asking him questions. When we came to pick up the car, he impressed us even further by giving us the user manual already tabbed with the most important pages. He went through each of these pages with us so we'd understand their importance. He also made photocopies of the documents we would need to keep in the car (such as ownership) so we can keep a copy in the car and one at home -- in the past we've done this ourselves; no dealership has ever done this for us before. Then he took us to the car and once again, explained all the features of the car in greater detail and even helped me set up my phone with Bluetooth right away. I have never experienced service like this at any dealership and I highly recommend Paul and Andrew to anyone looking to buy a Toyota! More
