Good service but could be better I took my car in for an alignment because there was a special for $90 and swapping my winter tires for free. My service adviser, Anton G, made sure I was taken care of. The only problems I had were that on October 20th when I was in for an oil change he promised the tire swap would be free. After paying for it at the dealership I went home and realised he had charged me $39.95 + tax for that tire swap. I emailed him and he offered a free oil change next time saying that he will add notes to my account advising the free oil change. I haven't been back yet so I am unsure if the free oil change notes were added to my account. Another thing is that since the tire swap my tire pressure monitor light will not turn off. I'm not sure if they reset the tire pressure electronic monitoring system or not. I checked the pressure and it is good but the light in the dashboard stays on. I tried to reset it myself by pushing the odometer button but it didnt work. It's a hassle to take my car back to the dealership because I live in Woodbridge. Complete recommended maintenance service and winter tires Was called and made and appointment for a 58-60000km recommended service check. Also needed new Winter tires . Was taken in promptly and in time for my service appointment , Sam was /is a nice man ,gracious , pleasant to deal with ,Took his time explaining to me what needed to be done on my car , and helped me pick out my New Winter tires . He also helped me with using the promotions offered to help save me some money ( including using my discount chequebook!) Service was done in good time -noon appointment , car was ready to go by 4:00 p.m. Everyone was pleasant and helpful ,and I appreciated all the updated calls I got through the day, letting me know how the car and service was progressing . When I did arrive to pick up my car , I was just prepared to pay and just go..but ... the actual technician that worked on my car not only took the time ( and in a nice way) insist that I wait just a few more minutes so he could wash my car , but he also spent time explaining to me what he had done with my car and answered a few questions that I had regarding my car and how it handles .The patience that both Sam and that technician gave to me made be feel good -and the pride that they showed in their workmanship made me feel better -especially when you look at how much I spent ! They made me feel like I was important and not just another service /sales call . It was a very nice experience . The only thing they missed on was asking me if I had an Aeroplan card that I think I could have used to eran some points !
