Honest/No hassle experience I was price shopping around for my best quote and many dealerships tried the usual sales tactics. I dealt with Michael Zonni (sales rep) and Andrew Ross (manager). I was given the best all in price with no surprises. Andrew is very straight forward and right to the point. He answers your questions without beating around the bush. Michael is very knowledgable and patient. He went through all the vehicle features and explained everything/answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. The night we closed the deal they ended up staying 2 hours past closing as I had questions. The time I spent in the dealership I felt all staff was very professional and you get a good all around vibe. I've visited dealerships where either a) nobody speaks to you OR b) they never leave you alone The team at Richmond Hill Toyota is exactly that....A team...no games between staff or customer. I winterized my car...it was all good! You see this is my 3rd Camry, all of which I have had serviced at Richmond Hill Toyota. He has been my service advisor for most of that time. He is totally trustworthy, and I believe what he has to say. So far, he has not steered me wrong, and I don't believe he will. I am driving his 'Demo", and it is my favourite Camry of the 3.
